Known for their less than pleasant disposition, H.I.S.S. Snipers are self loathing, Sadistic individuals handpicked based upon their service record and disciplinary actions. Upon examination and approval by the higher ups they are sent to Big Boa who does little to teach humility, instead opting to encourage their foul behavior in hand to hand "training" with new cobra recruits. From their its off to M.A.R.S. where they are personally instructed by Scrap Iron in the latest armor piercing weapons techniques. Once they climb into the H.I.S.S. though they are free to kill at will and become some of Cobras most lethal instruments in their never ending war with GI JOE. Proficient in Several hand to hand fighting systems including, but not limited to: Ju-Jitsu, Krav-Maga and Pankration arts. Qualified expert in all Warsaw pact, NATO and Middle Eastern weapons.
