(Personal note: This idea literally came about thwn I picked up a pack of fluorescent paint. There were seven colors, so... The figures are spray- painted in flat black, and each was given trim in one of the seven colors I had. It took a while to come up with a background concept for a team that wore black, but had such neon trim, but the way I've written it, there are electronic radar-defelctors and other assorted goodies meshed into the trim on their uniforms. members were chosen for having either no sleeves, or black short sleeves [in the case of Roadblock], since I didn't want to try to spray paint the arms. The only exception is Lady jaye, but somebody had to get pink trim!)
