A bad businessman fixated on a hate of Bruce Wayne, Black Mask was building an underworld empire. When the dead began to walk the Earth he saw his power slipping from his grasp.

Now holding onto several decrepit blocks of Gotham, Black Mask spends his days holed up with his minions, avoiding the dead, the Joes, and Cobra all the same.
