Head: 2000 Law
Arms: 2001 Crossfire
Torso: 2001 Duke
Legs: 2000 Dial Tone

After continually buying every RAHC two pack I came across, I had a ton of Dukes. I thought between he and some of the other similarly colored figures, I had the proper parts to make a nice generic platoon. When I noticed some vague similarities in the webgear between the Duke torso and some of the O13, I decided to try it out as an updated look for the old Joes who shared the Grunt/Stalker torso.

Breaker of course was one of those guys. He has always been a favorite of mine, and I think that bled through on this figure as a found myself going a little extra with the figure. I had decided on the Law head for Breaker a few years before as I it fit a helmet very well and had a somewhat goofy look it. I always saw Breaker as a pretty light-hearted guy, probably due to the bubblegum, and the Law head fit that personality type. I went with the Dial Tone lower body due to the little tech details it had. I toyed with the idea of giving him short sleeves to be more true to the original design, but the Big Ben arms are some of my favorites, so I just went ahead and used them (I also wanted to use the Flag on the arm.) I messed around with some BBI parts for the accessories, which was a first for me with this custom. Like many of my other updates, I had to go with a camo uniform. Camo painting was one of my favorite things to do on customs and having the opportunity to do it again is what keeps me coming back to the hobby.

While this figure doesn't replace my in-garrison Breaker who is done in solid OD Green, he is a great battlefield comm troop and looks superb alongside his O13 compatriots.
