Artillery or area effect weapons aren't supposed to be capable of accuracy inside of ten feet. Somehow Backblast finds a way to drop a shell with as much marksmanship as an expert rifleman with a bullet. And he's got that expert badge to go with the M16/M4 as well. Backblast is somewhat known for perfecting the "pigstick and run" technique of IED (improvised explosive) removal.
