The international terrorist known as Basilisk is believed to be of Italian origin and spends his time working with both Cobra and the Hawkwood Company. For Cobra, he commands the Scorch Vipers. These troops are primarily engaged in acts of terror, ravaging crops and civilian buildings. With the Hawkwood Company, Basilisk either operates alone as an arsonist or as part of a small squad in an anti-personnel capacity.
