Fairly straight forward custom; I made Cutter so I could have a dedicated driver for my Devilfish. I modified the vest to include a pocket and inflation tube. Added a phone to his belt and touched up the legs. I was originally going to use Tunnel Rat legs because of the sailor pant look but went with the Dogfight legs. The Dogfight legs had the perfect color and the boots were a nice mold. Cutter is geared up with a Marauder grenade launcher and a gaffe from POC Shipwreck
