The enigmatic Steel Cobra is a dangerous asset to Cobra Command's South American Operations. He specializes in laser based weapon systems, and is also a very capable leader.

Despite being a closer resemblance to the original Brazilian version, this is actually my second Cobra De Aco custom, with the first being part of my Sonic Fighters team, using a similar parts but much different colors.

This custom was inspired by many that had come before it from folks like Livevil, Hypnojustler, and Beav.
