This custom was created for the 24 hour LBC challenge help during Custom Celebration VI. Participants who took up the challenge had to create an LBC (Lazy Bastard Custom) within the 24 hour timeframe. This is easier said than done, since no modding or painting is allowed.

Growing up in the eighties, It's hard not to want figures of all of the decades best action stars - Chuck Norris, Arnold and Sylvester Stallone. Since Outback has always been a dead ringer for Chuck, this LBC was a incredibly simple to put together. As for his role on the Joe team, I see him as a martial arts trainer.
