This is just a very small update to my previous Clutch figure, but I think it makes a big difference. I wasn't sure how I wanted to do the stubble, but I knew I didn't want to just paint on a grey five-o'clock shadow. To give him the stubble, I basically gave him a tattoo: I used a sewing pin dipped in a shallow reservoir of black paint, and applied each dot of stubble individually. It took forever, since I could only do about five or six dots before I had to wipe the excess paint off. I'm really happy with the outcome, though. From a distance, it actually looks like a few days of facial hair growth. I also threw in the uzi, since that was Clutch's weapon of choice in the comics. I still love the shoulder holster on this figure.
