I can honestly say that I know nothing about the character other than he was a foreign exclusive and was a bit lame looking. I decided to make one and spice it up a bit for my taste. The weapon is a WIP and the yellow on the arm and leg pads needs another coat but otherwise he is done. The holster was added as a back up weapon in case his primary weapon fails. Once a top member of the Laser Viper division, De Aco was also an expert on infiltration and was once sent on a mission to sneak into the Pit alongside Firefly and Storm Shadow to steal a new laser pulse rifle being developed by Joe scientists. Once inside De Aco found a prototype laser uniform that was being developed for Flash. He decided to steal that as well and wears it as kind of a reminder to G.I. Joe of how he easily got past their defenses. As for the prototype laser rifle he was able to modify it to his liking and carries it as his primary weapon.
