"The most feared one among the Cobras..." So states the filecard of this Brazilian GI Joe release, a character never made in the U.S. I don't know a whole lot about this character, just a vague history, but what I did hear intrigued me. Cobra never did have a laser trooper, at least not this early on, so I decided to add him to my Cobra ranks.

Instead of using a Flash body, I choose a spare Sci-Fi body that I had, just to update the original, yet maintain the laser trooper look. I pretty much emulated the original color sceme and gave him a laser rifle, adding a Cobra logo to the arm rather than the chest.
