The new sculpt figures produced great new characters, but some of them were a bit lacking as far as their figures were concerned. The Cannonball figure was a thrown together bit of parts from Heavy Duty, one of the Barrel Roll figures, and Switch Gears.

At any rate, the figure had bad proportions.

I wanted to make a version that looked more realistic in its proportions and had a somewhat more believable flight suit.

Prepping the Lift Ticket head and turning it into an empty helmet was quite a task, but I'm happy with the finished result.

As the original figure was grey, I stuck with it, but chose to make it one tone and not two. The original also had some yellow on it, so I made the custom's t-shirt yellow.
