Crystal Ball is a member of Cobra's Interogation Unit. He posses strong mental capabilities with a specialty in mind reading. He is a gypsy and is "the Seventh Son of the Seventh Son."

The character is based on Vincent Price and the original filecard was written by Stephen King's son.

I wanted to do an updated version of this character that not only had gypsy powers but was also able to handle himself physically. I wanted a real creepy gypsy feel to the character. A younger version with ties to the old gypsy ways.
