Despite growing up in the heartland Cutter always grew up loving the sea. He came from a broken home and found his way out to San Diego at the age of 16, where he spent most of his time around the shipyards and several short years later joined Joe and served in their Coast Guard division.

I love the Cutter v2 for it's parts, but the figure itself doesn't work for me. This one does.
