Random Bits and Figure Parts

This custom was a challenge for the 2014 Dallas GI Joe Convention. The challenge (which I made myself for myself to complete) was to find the most random and rather useless/non-conforming fodder on the show floor and turn it into a custom, which I had come up with the name for on the drive to Dallas. At the time I had no idea that Sylvester Stallone had a mock film of the same name. This custom took forever to make, and I wound up working on it only when I needed a break from another project. It certainly would've been easier to use the newer 50th Croc Master as fodder, but this was started while that was only a concept case figure.
