Following from the Cobra Officer and Cobra NCO is the Cobra Warrant Officer. The uniform, while similar in design, has accoutrements that are styled and coloured differently to denote rank or position.

Warrant Officers (WO) are the toughest and most experienced rank tier in the Cobra hierarchy. While sometimes serving as specialists supervising teams of technical or weapons experts, WOs are most often found as Second-in-Command (2IC) of a platoon led be a Viper Officer. As an experienced soldier, the WO offers advice to the Viper Officer in his function as part of the command team. He also serves and the intermediary between Officers and NCOs and is the chief disciplinarian.
