Motor Vipers are Cobras specialty trained for driving, and vehicle maintenance. As Cobra branched out to various parts of the world they needed to prepare their troops to handle a variety of environments. This Motor Viper is prepared for the desert heat.

Originally based out of 1st world countries environment training was essential, however with Cobras philosophy being openly accepted all around the world many indigenous peoples of a variety of regions are enlisting in Cobras cause. Often times when you meet a specialized Cobra such as this one he was born and raised in the area in which he serves.
