There are some missions the Joe's just can't go on, there are some missions that are completely off the books where as everyone on the Joe team has Plausible Deniability. It's these missions that go to an unofficial, non-existent group called Squadron Black.

Don't mention Dagger's name in front of Torpedo, the Joe SEAL leader has no love or respect for the Squadron Black Operator that once served on the same SEAL team. The details on why Torpedo has such disdain for Dagger is unknown as neither man will discuss it.
Dagger is a highly skilled hand to hand combatant, and expert with close quarters battle. His fighting technique resembles that of Torpedo's leading to speculation that Torpedo may have trained Dagger in martial arts.

Not much to say about this custom from a technical standpoint as it's a pretty basic part swap and repaint.
