Yearbook 2 was the first time I read about the Oktober Guard, and after seeing Dragonsky in action, he immediately became my favorite character.

I've made two different customs of him. This is his train driving/mechanic look. I took inspiration for this one from a post by Stormavik.

He still has his signature flamethrower, and I modified the back pack with some straps to eliminate the "floating" look that comes from using Outback's torso.
