A very simple custom that fell together for me pretty much all at once when I placed the beret on that head.

I'd been looking for a good Dial-Tone formula and the simple green and black with gray trim seemed to fit the character very nicely.

The head needed to be adapted for a neck ball and the torso needed to be trimmed down for proportion.

I liked the added touch of the wrist communicator, in case Dial-Tone is in a situation where he can't speak freely.
