A former Night Viper turned Alley Viper, Envee was on the first Cobra special ops team, The Alley Viper Elite. After the team was wiped out during an attack, he and the only other survivor, Purgatory, returned to Cobra. They returned to the rank and file but when The Immortals were formed they were immediately chosen to join. Envee and Purgatory remain to themselves and refuse to join in the camaraderie of the team but they have never let The Immortals down when they are needed,
