Known only as the Emerald Eye due to the cyclops like visage he bears, it is unknown if the combatant is human, cyborg, robotic, or something else entirely.

It has been noted that the Emerald Eye bears a remarkable similarity to an Iron Man armor as well as a stolen Stark Enterprises prototype worn by the Cobra Ninja Storm Shadow. How this combatant is connected to those aforementioned is completely unknown.
