Evy is a female Range Viper from the DIC episode I Found You Evy. She was an old friend of Ambush, the only person that could ever find him. Bitter with Ambush for leaving town and not saying goodbye, Evy joined Cobra. There she was paid very well to do what she does best, find people.

Rewatching DIC I noticed that Evy's helmet was the same size as the male Range Vipers. I had a Scarlett which matched her body, so I went for it. After some modifications Evy came out pretty good. The pink isn't quite right though.
