ULTIMATUM (Underground Liberated Totally Integrated Mobile Army To Unite Mankind) is an old Captain America villain from the 80's, led by the Terrorist Flag Smasher -- at least that's how I remember it. In my JoeVerse, ULTIMATUM is the second largest client of Destro/MARS weapons, after Cobra.

One thing of note with this custom is the use of Acetone to thin my white paint and make it adhere better to the MU plastic.
