Forbush Man's got a good heart. He only wants to help people in need but always seems to fail clumsily when he does. One day, he accidentally tripped a Crimson Guard, who is carrying a stolen biological weapon and running from the G.I. Joe team. The Crimson Guard was arrested and Duke was grateful for Forbush Man's intervention. Duke heard Forbush Man's story and since then, Duke gave him the privilege to be G.I. Joe reservist trainee. Up until now, Forbush Man prays that he can pass level one training on his fifth try.
