Main body was Headman (one of the single most useless Joes). His head was from Overlord. I Dremeled off the mask and the monacle. Then I scuplted his pointy little beard about 20 times because the stupid thing kept snapping off. Finally, took an axe from the Mcfarlane Monsters set, chopped it up and painted it into a cane. Now, if I can just figure out how to make a card...
