Every pirate has a mate, the brother of Destro is no different. Captain Dougal Cullen's first mate is an unscrupulous man by the name of Griffin. Griffin revels in piracy dressing in a way to harken back the garb of the golden age of piracy as well as we assume his local dress. We're not quite sure where this would place his place of origin but we are looking into the Mediterranean, Middle East, and even Southeast Asia.
