Frog is an infiltration and sabotage specialist working with G.I.Joes United Nations counter part Action Force. His specialty is training local insurgents how to be more effective resistance fighters. His great grandfather was a resistance fighter during German occupation of France and wrote many notes on the tactics he used. Frog has taken those notes and expanded them greatly. His book on asymmetrical warfare makes the anarchist cookbook look juvenile in comparison.

He is a chef, because of course he is, and has a fairly strong rivalry with Roadblock.
