Foxtrot One is the call sign for Robert Faulkner, founder and commander of the Faulkner Group. The former Colonel in the U.S. Army Rangers and staff member of the Defense Intelligence Agency at the Pentagon, used his connections within the special operations and intelligence communities to gather a team in a bid to be America's highly trained special mission force, the same contract the G.I. Joe team won in 1980. Unwavering, Faulkner reorganized the team into a private military firm named the Faulkner Group. Claiming some of the most dangerous contracts available in the world, the team gained notoriety and the financial means to begin purchasing high end, next generation technologies, mostly those developed by M.A.R.S. and began global operations in 1988. Robert Faulkner, Foxtrot One, remains the Chief Commanding Officer of the Group.
