I went with the t-shirt look for Flint, imagining that he could sling a BDU jacket over that and be in uniform.

To make the t-shirt, I scraped off the Cobra symbol from Baldy's chest, then made that area roughly flat with green stuff. I had to wait until assembly for the suspenders, which came from two BBI belts which had their depending holsters carefully shaved off. These glue on both sides of the torso.

For the shotgun sling I started with the holster from Dino Valley's Professor Skinnybones McButt, which was designed to hold the largest Luger known to 3 3/4"-kind. I glued a backpack post onto it, and voila.
