When I saw the forthcoming Falcon figure from DTC, I knew I had to come up with a more permanent custom solution for the character in my Joeverse (because, much like their Outback, I think the figure will work as someone else but not as the character intended).

I had this basic recipe LCB'ed but wanted to address the proportion issue so he would be more in line with the rest of the figures in my collection (and not as tall as my Roadblock or Destro). So I shaved some height off the torso and found some shorter lower arms that worked with the longish Crosshair uppers. I also added a working holster, which I insist on for characters I know I'll use a lot in my dio.

The hardest part was creating the shotgun harness. I had to notch the ends of the belt where I'd removed the Cobra symbol and make complementary notches in the back of the holster I'd cut from Duke. Then just a drop of super glue on each end of the belt held it securely in place.
