This was a bit of a Tiger Force offshoot of the Lt. Falcon character. A night Ops Falcon, who often finds himself in the black jungles of night, hence him being a 'Black Beret', in these circumstances.

To be honest I believe I received him customized in this manner, and I just did some paintwork to the Pathfinder waist and legs.
