Flash has the brains to build highly sophisticated weaponry, and the brawn to test it all himself. Flash's safety orange padding is covered with "bomb stains" from experimental weaponry gone awry. He has traded in his original helmet and visor for something with more full coverage. The helmet and visor are already covered with dings and scratches. He hardly ever goes out in the field, and yet his job is more dangerous than the average Joes'.
