I liked the "GI Joe" Joe Colton character from "The Fall of GIJoe" how the original "Joe" still has some hands-on duty with the team. I based the look of this custom off of actual Green Beret Generals with the modern navy on light blue uniform.

With my File Card, I wanted to incorporate the whole Adventure Team aspect into the character. That Joe was chosen to form a team because of his earlier involvement with AT.
