I wanted a General Rey for my collection. As soon as I saw Action Pilot i thought I could make it work. This is one of my first customs. It is too bad they never used General Rey more in the Devils Due series. Especially when they started to introduce that he was a clone of Serpentor. I have an extra Serpentor and an extra Action Pilot, I am thinking some day I might mix them together to look like the cover of America's Elite when it is revealed that General Rey is a clone.
