Heavy Foot was born in Russia and always thought he was there for a greater purpose. In his early adult years he was caught in some trouble. He owed money to some bad men and the only thing he thought to do was run. So he went to the Russian army and became a mechanic and vehicle driver. So experienced with getting away fast he was able to get his men in and out quicker than any other driver there was. So the Oktober Guard picked him up and used him in Broken Star as their driver to get them in quickly and out quickly.
