Montalvo grew up part of a family of migrant workers on the West Coast. Joined Navy to escape that life and to provide for his family. Underwent S.E.A.L. training and distinguished himself on numerous covert ops. Well-liked by superiors and respected by comrades, recruitment to Special Anti-Terrorist Unit Delta was quick.
