He's kinda still a WIP.

Hawkeye was a sniper on Typhoon's boat crew when GI Joe recruited Typhoon. The Joe's were so impressed, that they recruited his whole crew.

Hawkeye's specialty is sniping from any type of moving vehicle. He can hit his target from a hovering helicopter, a speeding zodiac or a racing Desert Patrol Vehicle. It doesn't matter how rough the ride, Hawkeye can be counted on to hit the target.

"We were doing a night insertion into Cobra Island, five Cobra guards were patrolling our landing zone. Hawkeye was able to pick each of them off while we were still 100 yards out!"---Typhoon
