I think there's no limit to the love I have for the DTC Low-Light body -- as a flight-suit. I've used it so far on both Countdown and Payload, and now I add Gen'l Hawk to the mix.

It's classified info, of course, that Hawk attended flight school on his way to his appointment as field leader of the GI Joe team. Still, I have an occasion coming up for Hawk to be piloting a plane, and so I wanted the combination of the flight-suit and the garrison cap. The beauty is that the helmet fits over the floppy cap and hits Hawk's eyes perfectly.

For the harness, I kept the straps when I cannibalized a clearanced Luke X-Wing figure for the Mark Hamill head. I glued these to the Barrage harness to come up with a rescue harness / emergency parachute rig. Unfortunately, I had to both cut the thigh rings open to fit over the leg pouches, and I forgot to leave enough space to take Hawk out of the harness. C'est la vie.
