When Cobra needs information from a captured enemy soldier, government official, or anyone else they call on the Interrogator. Usually just his appearance gets people to spill information. When that isn't enough his methods of information extraction always work.

I made this figure back when everyone was making this figure. Nothing new or innovative with it I used the V3 figure's accessories with slight mods.
