Despite the sub par execution GI Joe Extreme had some good concepts and designs. So I've been making the Extreme characters in the 1/18th scale.

Iron Klaw

Believed to be a hereditary Eastern European nobleman by the name of Count Gunther Von Raini the so-called Iron Klaw has spent much of the past decade amassing a small personal army. His purpose is unclear at this point, but his organization, SKAR, has been linked to numerous terrorist attacks throughout Europe and Asia. He does seem to posess a great degree of strategic knowledge and as such, should be taken seriously.
