Arms/lower legs: Snow Serpent v7

I know that the Ice Viper is technically the "Wolf Driver," that's not his role in my joeverse.

Since I only had one Ice Viper growing up and four Snow Serpents, his distinctive look set him apart in a leader/officer role. Now that I army built the arctic force I've always wanted, I needed a leader for them. And I wanted him "new sculpt."

I had to legthen his neck to fit the torso and moddify his upper legs a little. Adding putty above the knees and cutting the bottom of the sheathes away. (I never have figured out why they carry sai.)
