I remember watching Raiders of the Lost Ark from the hatchback of my Pap's '77 AMC Pacer at a drive in and being obsessed with Indiana Jones since then. I haven't quite figured out how to fit him into my Joeverse yet, but when I got wind of KOTCS I knew I had to be the first to make a Sigma 6 version of Indy. I can honestly say this is the one custom I enjoyed the least and the most. He required a lot of sculpting to the torso, inspired loosely by the awesome work of Vengence on JoeBattlelines. I switched sculpting materials after I started because the epoxy putty I was using wasn't getting me where I wanted to go. I dremeled everything off and started re-sculpting with Aves Apoxie...and hated it. I scrapped that torso completely and almost quit. Weeks later I came back to it determined to master the thing, and learned more about sculpting on this one figure than I had on all my previous customs.

As for my design choice, I'm not really into "battle damage," but it was fun to do, and Killa's jacket hides it nicely for versatility. Want evidence of my obsessiveness? Look closely and you'll see the scar on his chin...
