JUICE is a Cobra BIO (Battle Initiated Operation) Trooper. The program was created by Dr. Red (see previous custom). JUICE is fed a steady stream of steroids, human growth horomones, testosterone and other chemicals that make him stronger, faster and have greater stamina. Dr. Red created the BIO program to give 'washed out' Vipers the opportunity to still serve Cobra.
