After doing so many Batman customs, I had to do a Joker to go with. Originally a two-bit hood hired by the mob to play the patsy of the Red Hood during a bank job, he was chased down by the Gotham City Police Dept. and Batman to Axis Chemical Plant where during a struggle with Batman he fell into a vat of chemicals that turned his skin white, his hair green and left a rictus smile on his face. He probably has the highest body count in the DCUniverse and is forever the villian to Batman's hero.
