This is my take on Jay Garrick, one of the founding members of Justice Society of America and the Golden Age Flash. I hope you like his hat.

I love that G.I. Joe 25th Steeler head part. I have plenty of those and I have used them in many customs of mine like Miracleman, my first version of Lone Ranger, etc.

I hope I could custom more JSA team members this year. But for now, my current projects are mostly G.I. Joes.
