All that is known about Jack is that he sometimes does tracking for G.I. Joe. Beyond that his training and back ground is Classified. Rumor has it that he rides in the Virginia mountains in a remote cabin that can only be reached by foot. Legend tell of a mountain man that is so terrifying that even the bears don't travel in that neck of the woods. Of course those are tall tales and folk lore....or are they?
