Much like his father before him, Jesse Kwinn Jr. became a hired mercenary for Cobra, focusing most of his hatred and anger upon Snake Eyes, whom he blamed for the death of his father, the Eskimo assassin simply known as Kwinn. Once the truth emergeed of his father's demise, at the hands of Dr. Venom, and of Kwinn's subsequent turn to the side of good in aiding Snake Eyes, Jesse also turned away from the forces of Cobra and found a home within the ranks of the GI Joe team.
