Head, torso, waist - Krexx Radek sculpt
Arms - Sgt Savage v1 (1995)
Legs - Retaliation Kwinn (2013)

Here is the mighty Kwinn, who made his first appearance in G.I.Joe #2 in 1982. If you've never read it, do yourself a favour and do so. It was the issue that Larry Hama showed he wasn't just writing some throwaway toy comic. The modern era legs used on this figure help give him the extra height he really needs (see pic with his buddy Snake-Eyes for height comparison), and since the leg construction is essentially the same as ARAH style (just with extra articulation at the knees and ankles), I think it fits just fine. The Sgt. Savage figures are in a slightly larger scale, so that gives him arms that reflect his height and bulk. I actually had to buy a larger size of o-ring for this figure, the normal size is a little too small.
